Партизан за поен лошији од ЦСКА
Кошаркаши Партизана изгубили су у Београду од московског ЦСКА са 62:63 (17:19, 13:15, 22:18, 10:11) у петом колу Групе Д Евролиге.
Победу актуелном шампиону Европу донео је Словенац Еразем Лорбек, који је 35 секунди пре краја погодио једно слободно бацање.
"Црно-бели" у последњем нападу нису успели да стигну до победе, иако су ка кошу шутирали Миленко Тепић, Александар Рашић, Жарко Ракочевић и Урош Трипковић.
Најефикаснији у тиму Партизана био је Тепић са 14 поена, док је Новица Величковић додао још 10. Лорбек и Зоран Планинић постигли су по 11 поена за ЦСКА, а по 10 су убацили Рамунас Шишкаускас и Никос Зисис.
Партизан је са много скупљим тимом ЦСКА играо потпуно равноправно, иако је имао доста проблема у нападу, пре свега са шутем за три поена, што се посебно видело у првом полувремену у коме су "црно-бели" погодили само једну од 10 тројки. Одбрана Партизана, међутим, функционисала је одлично, као и скок под оба коша. ЦСКА је, ипак, доминирао већим делом утакмице, а до прве осетније предности стигао у седмом минуту друге четвртине, када је после тројке Шишкаускаса повео са 29:21. Домаћи су у том делу игре, до поена Шишкаускаса, постигли само четири поена, али је тај лош период прекинула тројка капитена Петра Божића, прва на утакмици за Партизан.
Гости су вођство чували све до самог финиша треће четвртине, када је тројка Трипковића у последњој секунди те деонице Партизану донела изједначење од 52:52.
Величковић је у првом нападу последње деонице Партизану донео и прво вођство после прве четвртине (54:52), али је потом уследио нови период неефикасне игре "црно-белих", који више од пет минута нису постигли кош. ЦСКА је за то време успео да поново преузме вођство (60:54), али је сама завршница меча била врло неизвесна, пошто су нови поени Величковића довели до још једног изједначења - 62:62. Поена није било док судије, после промашене тројке Планинића, нису свирале личну грешку Рашићу због наводног повлачена Лорбека. Словенац је погодио једно слободно бацање за вођство ЦСКА од 63:62, а потом су се кошаркаши Партизана испромашивали у последњих 35 секунди, па је руски тим остао једини непоражени у Евролиги.
Партизану је, са друге стране, пораз од ЦСКА трећи у сезони у којој су забележене и две победе.
У овој групи још играју Реал (Мадрид), Ефес Пилсен (Истанбул), Паниониос (Атина) и Милано.
